Job Description:

ML Infrastructure & Orchestration

• Scalable Deployment: Design and maintain robust infrastructure for the deployment of ML applications, ensuring they operate at high speed and high availability.

• CI/CD for ML: Develop and automate end-to-end ML pipelines (CT - Continuous Training) to move models from experimentation to production with minimal friction.

• Experimentation Frameworks: Build systems that enable data scientists to track experiments, manage model versions, and store artifacts efficiently.

Model Monitoring & Observability

• Performance Tracking: Implement advanced monitoring and alerting for model drift, data quality, and inference latency.

• Incident Response: Manage the lifecycle of ML artifacts and lead the recovery practices for production-level AI services.

• Resource Optimization: Monitor and optimize the compute costs and performance of ML clusters (CPU/GPU/TPU).

Collaborative AI Development

• Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with AI Researchers, Data Scientists, and Backend Engineers to ensure technical decisions align with Yassir’s product goals.

• Standardization: Champion MLOps best practices, including clean code, automated testing, and comprehensive documentation of ML infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Architectural Vision: Ability to design distributed systems that handle millions of requests.

• Problem Solving: A proactive approach to tackling Yassir’s most critical technical bottlenecks.

• Agility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where speed-to-market is a competitive advantage.

• Mentorship: For senior levels, a willingness to guide junior engineers and elevate the team's technical bar.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in MLOps, DevOps, or Software Engineering (open to all senior levels).

• Cloud & Containers: Deep proficiency in Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• ML Tooling: Experience with tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, TFX, or SageMaker.

• Programming: Strong background in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.

• Database & Big Data: Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL and data processing frameworks like Spark or Flink.
