In this role, you will be responsible for defining our DevOps strategy, ensuring maximum system scalability, and managing robust cloud environments. This is a critical leadership position for a professional who thrives on automating complex workflows and optimizing system performance to support our growing digital operations.

Requirements:

• Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of highly scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures.

• DevOps Strategy: Develop and maintain the roadmap for DevOps practices, emphasizing CI/CD integration, automation, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).

• System Scalability: Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance to ensure 99.9% uptime and seamless scaling during peak traffic.

• Cloud Governance: Manage cloud resources, ensuring cost-efficiency, security compliance, and optimal performance across multi-cloud or hybrid environments.

• Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and collaborate with software development teams to bridge the gap between code and infrastructure.

• Incident Response: Lead root-cause analysis for system outages and implement proactive measures to enhance stability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related infrastructure roles.

• Cloud Expertise: Proven track record in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions), and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).

• Analytical Skills: Strong background in Linux system administration, scripting (Python, Bash, or Go), and monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).

• Leadership: Ability to lead technical strategy and manage complex project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
