Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Head of Change Management to anchor the transformation engine of our enterprise. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of adoption and the precision of behavioral shift success is defined by "Transformation Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize integrated cross-functions (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial) with the clinical precision required for People Readiness, Organizational Design, and Risk Mitigation. This role is designed for a "Strategic Architect" with a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree and 8–12+ years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (influencing stakeholders and leadership) with the "Strategic Agility" required to implement Prosci/ADKAR methodologies and drive digital technology adoption.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Framework Governance

  • Strategy Sovereignty: Develop and implement a holistic change management strategy aligned with transformation goals, acting as the primary "Source of Cultural Evolution."

  • Framework Architecture: Establish enterprise-wide methodologies and governance models across all BUs and functions, providing the "Structural Foundation" for consistent change practices.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Embed change into culture, processes, and performance systems, ensuring the "Source of Sustainable Outcomes" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Adoption Logic

  • Impact Sovereignty: Conduct detailed change impact assessments and identify stakeholder risks/readiness levels, acting as the primary "Source of Organizational Preparedness."

  • Execution Architecture: Develop comprehensive plans for communication, training, and reinforcement, providing the "Functional Foundation" for technology and process implementation.

  • Metric Stewardship: Track change success metrics (adoption, usage, behavior change) and adjust interventions in real-time, maintaining the "Source of Performance Optimization."

3. Operational Integrity & Capability Power

  • Communication Sovereignty: Translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling, and consistent messaging, acting as the primary "Source of Stakeholder Alignment."

  • Capability Architecture: Identify gaps and design targeted learning interventions to enable managers as change leaders, providing the "Relational Foundation" for on-the-job support.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 8–12+ years of transformation expertise to resolve resistance points in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Strategic Throughput" across Pan-Nigeria.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or Strategy (MBA/M.Sc. is an advantage).

  • Experience: 8 – 12+ years in Change Management or Organizational Development.

  • Sector Edge: Experience within Manufacturing, FMCG, or Commercial environments is highly preferred.

  • Certification: Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification is a significant advantage.

  • Technical Power: Expertise in Organizational Design and Change Analytics.
