Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Assistant Branch Manager to anchor the operational engine of our retail location. In a specialized supermarket landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the checkout and the precision of the shelf-stock success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize staff supervision with the clinical precision required for Merchandising, Inventory Control, and Escalation Management. This role is designed for a "Retail Architect" with 5–10 years of experience in a supermarket environment who can blend "Leadership Grit" (managing team performance and scheduling) with the "Strategic Agility" required to monitor sales metrics and ensure 100% compliance with operational standards.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Staff Governance

  • Supervisory Sovereignty: Oversee daily store operations and staff execution with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Team Productivity."

  • Scheduling Architecture: Assist in staff rotation, training, and performance management, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a high-functioning retail workforce.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with company policies and operational standards, ensuring the "Source of Branch Governance" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Inventory Logic

  • Stock Sovereignty: Monitor real-time stock levels and inventory control, acting as the primary "Source of Product Availability."

  • Merchandising Architecture: Ensure proper product placement and store presentation, providing the "Functional Foundation" for an elite customer journey.

  • Performance Stewardship: Track sales metrics and identify opportunities for growth, maintaining the "Source of Revenue Momentum."

3. Operational Integrity & Service Power

  • Escalation Sovereignty: Handle customer complaints and complex inquiries with professional precision, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Reputation."

  • Maintenance Architecture: Support the Branch Manager in maintaining the physical and operational health of the store, providing the "Relational Foundation" for a safe and welcoming environment.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 5–10 years of retail expertise to resolve checkout or supply bottlenecks in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Store Throughput."
