Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Front Desk Officer to anchor the engagement engine of Greenland Hall. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the greeting and the precision of the routing success is defined by "First-Impression Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-stakes guest arrivals with the clinical precision required for Switchboard Management, Administrative Support, and Office Security. This role is designed for a "Relations Architect" who can blend "Social Grit" (managing a busy multi-line phone system) with the "Strategic Agility" required to coordinate logistics and assist with basic bookkeeping.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Guest Governance

  • Reception Sovereignty: Greet and direct visitors with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Corporate Hospitality."

  • Security Architecture: Monitor office access and maintain security awareness, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a safe and compliant workspace.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Maintain a tidy and stocked reception area, ensuring the "Source of Visual Brand Identity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Communication Logic

  • Communication Sovereignty: Manage the switchboard and handle email inquiries with speed, acting as the primary "Source of Information Flow."

  • Logistical Architecture: Coordinate incoming and outgoing couriers and mail distribution, providing the "Functional Foundation" for physical data exchange.

  • Support Stewardship: Assist with meeting room scheduling and basic administrative tasks, maintaining the "Source of Operational Readiness."

3. Operational Integrity & Tech Power

  • Systemic Sovereignty: Utilize VOIP phone systems and office equipment with high-fidelity precision, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Reliability."

  • Document Architecture: Assist with basic bookkeeping and digital record-keeping, providing the "Relational Foundation" for administrative accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Previous experience in Reception, Administration, or Customer Service is preferred.

  • Tech Power: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and VOIP phone systems.
