Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly competent, detail-oriented, and results-driven Senior Accounts / Admin Officer to support the company’s financial management and administrative operations.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, proven experience working in a structured corporate environment, and the ability to operate independently while consistently delivering accurate and timely results. The role requires willingness to work on Saturdays.
- This role requires a professional who can manage financial records, oversee administrative processes, ensure compliance with internal controls, and support management with reliable financial and operational information.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including income, expenses, receivables, and payables.
- Prepare periodic financial reports, summaries, and schedules for management review.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and daily financial activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records and supporting schedules.
- Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors when required.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including tax filings, remittances, and regulatory documentation.
Administrative & Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Maintain organized records, contracts, correspondences, and company documentation.
- Support HR-related administration including staff records, attendance, and documentation.
- Coordinate office logistics, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal control systems.
Reporting & Support:
- Provide management with timely, accurate financial and operational information to support decision-making.
- Track operational expenses and highlight variances, risks, or inefficiencies.
- Work closely with management to implement improved accounting and administrative processes.
Requirements:
- HND / BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years relevant work experience, preferably in a structured corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong accounting background with hands-on experience in financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Proven ability to work with minimal or no supervision while meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Experience working in an official, well-regulated office environment.
- Good knowledge of basic tax compliance and statutory filings (added for strength).
- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and office productivity tools.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
