Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Sales / Customer Service Representative to anchor the commercial engine of our Enugu operations. In a specialized regional landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the conversion and the precision of the service success is defined by "Commercial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize proactive product promotion with the clinical precision required for Inquiry Management, Sales Target Achievement, and Account Integrity. This role is designed for a "Service Architect" specifically a professional with 4 years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (responding to inquiries across phone, email, and chat) with the "Operational Agility" required to maintain accurate customer records and drive revenue goals.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Promotion Governance
Sovereignty of Sales: Promote and sell company products with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Growth."
Information Architecture: Provide high-fidelity data about products and services to potential clients, providing the "Structural Foundation" for informed purchasing decisions.
Integrity Stewardship: Achieve monthly sales targets and organizational goals, ensuring the "Source of Market Performance" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Inquiry Logic
Support Sovereignty: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person, acting as the primary "Source of Customer Satisfaction."
Record Architecture: Maintain and update account information with high fidelity, providing the "Functional Foundation" for accurate customer lifecycle management.
Knowledge Stewardship: Stay updated on all new products, services, and company promotions, maintaining the "Source of Competitive Advantage."
3. Operational Integrity & Relationship Power
Engagement Sovereignty: Utilize previous customer service experience to de-escalate issues, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Loyalty."

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience: 4 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
Location: Must be based in Enugu for onsite operational support.
Salary Range: ₦150,000 - ₦200,000 / month.
