SALES REPRESENTATIVE AT MAPSI GROUP

Mapsi Group is a multi-sector enterprise offering services in car rentals and sales, logistics, security, CCTV surveillance, smart home automation, construction, and general contracting and supply.

Job Description:

• Promote and sell Mapsi Group’s products and services to new and existing clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating service delivery
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategies to grow the business within existing accounts
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account status
• Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and service performance.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting
• Experience in any of Mapsi Group’s service areas is an added advantage.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with at least 4 years of experience in sales or account management
• OR OND in a related discipline with minimum 7 years of proven experience in sales and client servicing
