Job Description:
- We are seeking a Customer Experience and Logistics Specialist for a full-time, remote role that requires visiting our Gbagada office four times a month.
- The successful candidate will manage all customer interactions to ensure 100% satisfaction while coordinating logistics to ensure the timely delivery of fresh food across Lagos.
- This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a background in customer support or logistics, and a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Analysis: analyze operational data and working with our internal teams to provide streamlined, customer-focused - solutions that maintain our high standards of excellence.
- Support: Handle all individual and corporate inquiries with 100% satisfaction.
- Logistics: Coordinate fresh food deliveries across Lagos to ensure on-time arrival.
- Data: Track daily sales and delivery feedback to improve our speed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Support experience.
- Proven ability in Achieving Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in logistics coordination or related experience is an advantage.
Salary
