Job Description:

• Relationship Management: Act as the primary daily service contact for clients, resolving inquiries and maintaining seamless communication.

• Client Retention & Growth: Execute active retention strategies by providing excellent service and identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement.

• Account Analysis: Conduct regular account reviews to track usage trends and anticipate evolving customer needs.

• Product Marketing: Effectively market the bank's suite of products and provide feedback to initiate the development of new solutions tailored to the market.

• Data Management: Meticulously track and maintain accurate customer data to support business intelligence and reporting.

• Information Security: Comply with the Bank’s Information Security principles to ensure the absolute confidentiality and safety of all client data.

• Operational Support: Work closely with the Business Manager to ensure efficient service delivery and achieve the unit's strategic goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant banking experience specifically in marketing or business development roles.

• Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build trust and rapport with high-value clients.

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate usage trends and customer data into actionable business insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of an HND (Upper Credit) or B.Sc. (Second Class Lower) in any discipline.

• Professional Advantage: An MBA, ACCA, or other relevant postgraduate education is considered a significant plus.

• Core Competencies: Strong understanding of banking business development, marketing, and relationship management.
