Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Experienced Credit Officers to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and marketing our loan products, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring timely loan disbursement and repayment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new loan customers
• Promote the Bank's loan products
• Conduct field visits, market storms and community engagement
• Meet assigned monthly loan disbursement target
• Evaluate and process loan applications
• Conduct thorough interviews with loan applicants to assess financial position repayment capacity and risk exposure
• Monitor and manage loan portfolio to ensure timely repayments
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Banking Finance, Business Admin, Economics or any related field.
• 5-7 years experience in Microfinance or Commercial bank
• Strong marketing and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in the field and meet targets
• Strong integrity and ethical standard.
