Job Description:
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary daily contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, ensuring high-level satisfaction and service excellence.
Client Retention & Growth: Implement active retention strategies and conduct regular account reviews to track usage trends and evolving customer needs.
Data Management: Meticulously track and maintain accurate customer data to support informed business decisions.
Product Development & Marketing: Identify gaps in the market to initiate the development of new products and aggressively market the bank's existing financial solutions.
Service Maintenance: Ensure consistent and efficient service delivery to existing customers to maintain long-term loyalty.
Compliance & Security: Adhere strictly to the bank’s Information Security policies, ensuring all client data is handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
Team Support: Collaborate with the Business Manager to execute strategic tasks and achieve branch or unit objectives.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant banking experience specifically within Marketing or Business Development roles.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to manage high-value client expectations.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of banking software, Microsoft Office, and data analytics for usage trend tracking.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. (Second Class Lower) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline.
Advanced Degrees: An MBA, ACCA, or other relevant postgraduate qualifications will be a significant advantage.
