We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Are you passionate about people, detail-oriented, and eager to start a career in recruitment? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. 
• In this role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles while learning the fundamentals of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment team in sourcing and attracting candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases
• Review resumes and screen candidates based on predefined criteria
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions
• Participate in career fairs and recruitment events
• Coordinate onboarding processes for successful candidates
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment and HR teams
• Learn and apply recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 0 - 1 year experience.
• Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
