Job Description:
- Conduct land verification, site visits, and basic due-diligence checks.
- Review land documents and coordinate verification with relevant bodies/agents.
- Manage online project listings and maintain our social media presence.
- Prepare periodic progress presentations and simple reports.
- Coordinate communication with contractors, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
- Perform research, administrative tasks, and general project support work.
- Ensure smooth operations between remote headquarters and local activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (mandatory).
- Must reside in Abuja or Ibadan.
- Must be able to start immediately — no delays.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and handle field tasks when required.
- Tech-savvy: understands social media, basic online tools, and digital documentation.
- Responsible, consistent, and comfortable holding others accountable.
