Zithelo Real Estate is seeking a certified and high-velocity Project Manager to anchor our development pipeline. We are moving beyond traditional site supervision; we are looking for a professional who views construction through the lens of systems, documentation, and forward-thinking management.

Your mission is to own the project lifecycle from pre-construction planning to final delivery. You will be a key player in building a long-term real estate brand, responsible for not just "finishing buildings," but for establishing the scalable processes that define our operational excellence. Requirements:

1. Strategic Project Orchestration

• Concept-to-Completion Ownership: Manage the full development lifecycle, developing work programs, timelines, and execution strategies that ensure zero "dead time" on site.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central nervous system between architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent meets site reality.

• Scalable Processes: Support the company in building and refining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for project delivery to ensure consistent quality as we scale.

2. Financial & Quality Governance

• Cost & Material Control: Implement rigorous systems to monitor material usage and control variations, preventing cost overruns before they occur.

• Accountability Frameworks: Enforce strict accountability across all sub-contractors and site staff, ensuring that quality standards and safety protocols are never compromised.

• Modern Methods: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and implementing innovative construction methods that improve speed and structural integrity.

3. Documentation & Risk Reporting

• Tracking Systems: Implement and manage digital or structured project tracking systems to ensure data-driven decision-making.

• Transparent Reporting: Prepare weekly progress, risk, and financial reports that provide the executive team with absolute clarity on project health.

• Risk Mitigation: Proactively detect execution gaps and site risks, providing solutions rather than just reporting problems.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Degree/HND in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.

• Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience managing building projects specifically within the Lagos market.

• Track Record: Evidence of projects delivered from "greenfield" to "handover" is essential.
