Proactive Diagnostics: Oversee remote monitoring systems to perform real-time diagnostics and troubleshooting, ensuring major corrective interventions are triggered before system failure.
KPI Governance: Monitor and report on critical metrics including System Availability (Uptime), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and First-Time Fix Rates.

Contractor Management: Supervise an ecosystem of field engineers, technicians, and third-party service vendors, ensuring all work meets AP Renewables’ technical and quality standards.
HSE Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across all maintenance sites to ensure zero-harm operations.
Preventive Frameworks: Develop and manage scheduled maintenance plans that minimize degradation and optimize the performance of batteries and solar arrays.
3. Financial Stewardship & Stakeholder Success
Budget & Resource Control: Manage the O&M budget with a focus on cost optimization, resource planning, and forecasting future maintenance expenditures.
Customer Success: Drive stakeholder engagement through transparent performance reporting and proactive communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and contract renewals.
Process Optimization: Use data-driven insights from platforms like Power BI or Trello to continuously strengthen operational processes and scale the asset management department.
Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Minimum of a Second Class Lower Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in renewable energy project delivery, with a heavy emphasis on O&M and field supervision.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Project Management tools (Trello/MS Project), and OEM monitoring platforms (e.g., Huawei Fusion Solar).
