Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Project Manager to anchor the execution engine of our Lagos operations. In the specialized landscape of high-end construction and interior design where the "Vision-to-Reality" gap is the primary metric of success is defined by "Project Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize architectural designs with the clinical precision required for Timeline Management, On-Site Safety, and Budgetary Control. This role is designed for a "Delivery Architect" with a Degree in Architecture who can blend "Technical Grit" (managing subcontractors and suppliers) with the "Strategic Agility" required to translate complex design concepts into actionable site plans.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Design Governance

• Execution Sovereignty: Plan and execute projects according to approved designs and timelines with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Project Delivery."

• Design Architecture: Collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into actionable site plans, providing the "Structural Foundation" for visual accuracy.

• Integrity Stewardship: Supervise all on-site activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, ensuring the "Source of Craftsmanship" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Resource Logic

• Supply Sovereignty: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, acting as the primary "Source of Material Velocity."

• Budgetary Architecture: Monitor resources and take corrective actions to prevent overruns, providing the "Functional Foundation" for financial project health.

• Safety Stewardship: Manage on-site protocols to ensure 100% compliance with safety standards, maintaining the "Source of Operational Security."

3. Operational Integrity & Leadership Power

• Team Sovereignty: Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve strict project objectives, acting as the primary "Source of Team Momentum."

• Documentation Architecture: Prepare project reports and maintain accurate site records, providing the "Relational Foundation" for transparent management updates.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Architecture expertise and Project Management tools to resolve site conflicts and solve problems in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Project Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Degree in Architecture (Mandatory).

• Experience: Proven experience in Project Management, preferably in Interior Design or Construction.

• Domain Power: Strong understanding of Planning, Budgeting, and Site Supervision.

• Technical Mastery: Familiarity with Project Management software and architectural tools is a plus.
