We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• A Project Accountant manages the financial aspects of specific projects, ensuring budgets, expenses, and forecasts are accurate and compliant.
• They work closely with project managers, finance teams, and stakeholders to track costs, prepare reports, and support decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain project budgets, tracking planned vs. actual costs.
• Record and code all project‑related expenses, ensuring proper allocation to the correct cost centers and work orders.
• Prepare regular financial reports (budget variance analyses, cash‑flow forecasts, profitability summaries) for project managers and senior leadership.
• Monitor and reconcile project invoices, purchase orders, and timesheets.
• Conduct month‑end close processes for projects, including accruals, provisions, and adjustments.
• Support project bidding and pricing activities by providing cost estimates and financial assumptions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, GAAP/IFRS standards, and contractual requirements.
• Assist with audits and provide documentation for internal and external reviewers.
• Help forecast project profitability and identify risks that could impact financial performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ICANQualification is a MUST
• 2‑3years of experience in project accounting or a similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficiency with accounting softwares
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to interpret project schedules and translate them into financial terms.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Age: 25 years to 28 years old

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
