Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Accountant to anchor the financial engine of our food and beverage operations in Lekki. In a specialized consumer goods landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the reconciliation and the precision of the ledger-relay success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-volume transaction records with the clinical precision required for Cash Flow Monitoring, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Financial Planning. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" specifically a professional with 2 to 3 years of post-NYSC experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastering bank reconciliations and daily bookkeeping) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Budgeting and Compliance Audits.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Ledger Governance

• Sovereignty of the Ledger: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and high-fidelity reports, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Truth."

• Flow Architecture: Perform rigorous bank reconciliations and monitor real-time cash flow, providing the "Structural Foundation" for operational liquidity.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and company policies, ensuring the "Source of Regulatory Fidelity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Operations Logic

• Transaction Sovereignty: Manage accounts payable and receivable with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Continuity."

• Planning Architecture: Assist in budgeting and strategic financial planning, providing the "Functional Foundation" for business growth and resource allocation.

• Software Stewardship: Utilize accounting software with high-velocity efficiency for daily operations, maintaining the "Source of Digital Accuracy."

3. Operational Integrity & Efficiency Power

• Numerical Sovereignty: Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Resolution."

• Time Architecture: Manage multiple financial priorities and meet strict reporting deadlines, providing the "Relational Foundation" for management decision-making.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Post-NYSC Technical expertise to accelerate the "Transaction-to-Audit" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Financial Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: B.Sc or HND in Accounting or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 – 3 years post-NYSC relevant accounting experience.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in Accounting Software and advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Location: Must reside within or around Lekki, Lagos.

• Target Profile: Male, aged 25–27 years.
