We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Mixologist to join a high-class night club and lounge environment.
• The ideal candidate must have excellent cocktail preparation skills, extensive knowledge of spirits, premium drinks, and modern mixology techniques.
• This person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced nightlife setting and delivering top-quality service to VIP and high-end customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, shots, and specialty drinks based on the club’s standard menu.
• Create visually appealing and well-balanced drinks using professional mixology techniques.
• Ensure the bar is clean, fully stocked, and organized at all times.
• Engage guests in a friendly, professional manner while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Provide drink recommendations and upsell premium spirits and signature cocktails to guests.
• Manage bar inventory and communicate stock needs to management.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with all bar operation rules and standards.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working as a mixologist in a lounge, nightclub, or upscale bar.
• Ability to create standard cocktails and signature mixes consistently.
• Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, garnishing, glassware, and mixology techniques.
• Good communication skills and a neat, presentable appearance.
• Must understand the nightlife culture and how to interact with high-level clientele.
• Must be able to work late-night shifts comfortably.
