Established in August 2011, SHIN has a fabrication and integration yard in Lagos. This facility is notable as Africa's first-ever and only Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) integration yard.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled chef with expertise in Japanese cuisine to lead our Japanese kitchen in Lagos.
• The candidate should be proficient in preparing traditional dishes and maintaining high culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present Japanese dishes such as Sushi, Ramen, Tempura, Teriyaki, Donburi, etc.
• Design and innovate Japanese menu offerings
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety protocols
• Manage inventory and source authentic Japanese ingredients.

Requirements:

• Culinary certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Japanese cuisine
• Willing to relocate or currently residing in Nigeria
• Nationality: Must be a Nigerian.
