Job Description:
General Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team in developing and executing product marketing strategies that communicate the value of Campus HQ’s workspace solutions.
- Assist in the creation of compelling messaging and positioning for new and existing products (office plans, workspace packages, and value-added services).
- Work cross-functionally with sales, design, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand and product communication.
- Support the planning and execution of product launches, marketing campaigns, and client engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions and product enhancements.
Product & Content Marketing:
- Create persuasive product materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content that highlight Campus HQ’s office solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging product videos, customer testimonials, and social media content that showcase the benefits of Campus HQ spaces.
- Ensure all marketing content is on-brand, accurate, and optimized for search engines and user experience.
- Coordinate the production of visual and written assets for campaigns, events, and product showcases.
- Support the development of sales enablement tools that help sales teams effectively communicate product value to clients.
Market & Customer Insights:
- Conduct competitor analysis and research market opportunities within the flexible workspace industry.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improving the product experience.
- Work with analytics tools to track performance metrics, user behavior, and campaign ROI.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical workspace features into customer benefits.
- Proficiency in creating and designing presentation decks (PowerPoint, Canva).
- Working knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Zoho), and website builders (e.g., Wix).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- A creative thinker passionate about design, branding, and workspace innovation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing or product marketing, ideally within a B2B or real estate/workspace environment.
- Proven success in supporting marketing campaigns or product launches that contributed to business growth.
Salary
