Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and proactive Procurement Officer to anchor the material engine of our Ogba-based operations. In the specialized landscape of Metal Fabrication, Piping, and Technical Procurement, success is defined by "Supply-Chain Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex technical specifications with the clinical precision required for Supplier Relationship Management, Cost Optimization, and Resource Fueling. This role is designed for a "Sourcing Architect" with 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Negotiation Grit" (sourcing high-grade industrial materials) with the "Analytical Agility" required to manage ERP systems and ensure projects are never stalled by logistical bottlenecks.

Requirements:

1. Sourcing Orchestration & Vendor Governance

• Supplier Sovereignty: Manage and evaluate a portfolio of technical suppliers with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Material Quality."

• Relationship Architecture: Build and sustain strategic partnerships with vendors, providing the "Structural Foundation" for long-term supply-chain stability.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure all procurement activities meet ethical and company standards, ensuring the "Source of Ethical Sourcing" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Cost Logic

• Optimization Sovereignty: Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic bidding and volume analysis, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Efficiency."

• Logistics Architecture: Coordinate the delivery of piping and metal fabrication materials to project sites, providing the "Functional Foundation" for uninterrupted service.

• Market Stewardship: Monitor industry trends and material price fluctuations, maintaining the "Source of Economic Foresight."

3. Operational Integrity & Digital Power

• Data Sovereignty: Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel to track purchase orders and inventory, acting as the primary "Source of Digital Accuracy."

• System Architecture: Streamline the procurement-to-pay (P2P) process, providing the "Visual Foundation" for transparent financial reporting.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–3 years of sourcing expertise to resolve lead-time delays in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 2 – 3 years of proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or logistics.

• Education: B.Sc / HND in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.

• Tech Mastery: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).

• Location: Must be based in Ogba or surrounding Lagos Mainland environs.
