Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Procurement Officer to anchor our supply engine in Awe, Oyo. In the competitive production environment, success is defined by "Supply Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize multi-departmental requirements with the clinical precision required for contract negotiation, supplier evaluation, and timely delivery. This role is designed for a "Sourcing Architect" with a Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (securing competitive pricing) with the "Technical Agility" required to master procurement software and market trend analysis.

Requirements:

1. Sourcing Orchestration & Strategy Governance

• Strategic Sovereignty: Develop and implement high-fidelity procurement strategies, ensuring every purchase acts as a "Source of Cost-Effectiveness."

• Network Architecture: Source and evaluate suppliers with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of a Reliable Supplier Network."

• Market Stewardship: Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to provide the "Analytical Foundation" for informed, high-velocity purchasing decisions.

2. Operational Resilience & Lifecycle Logic

• Processing Sovereignty: Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions with clinical precision, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in the acquisition of goods and services.

• Delivery Architecture: Monitor delivery timelines to meet production schedules, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Readiness."

• Resolution Stewardship: Resolve discrepancies such as delivery delays, shortages, or quality concerns with high-speed focus, maintaining the "Source of Supply Chain Stability."

3. Compliance Integrity & Relationship Power

• Regulatory Sovereignty: Ensure unwavering adherence to company policies and industry regulations, acting as the "Source of Procurement Integrity."

• Collaboration Architecture: Partner with internal departments to understand and fulfill their procurement needs, maintaining the "Source of Inter-departmental Support."

• Data Logic: Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities (invoices, agreements, POs), utilizing 4+ years of experience to optimize the "Source of Audit Readiness."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of robust experience in procurement or supply chain management.

• Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices and proficiency in Procurement Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
