Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager with strong knowledge of the construction industry to oversee sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations.
• The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and organizational goals
• Source, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers within the construction sector
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost efficiency
• Oversee procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project timelines
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project/site teams
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–8 years experience in procurement, with strong exposure to construction projects
• Proven knowledge of construction materials, sourcing processes, and vendor networks
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement software
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional certification (CIPS or related) is an added advantage

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
