Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Portfolio Manager to anchor the investment engine of our alternative portfolios in Abuja. In a specialized financial landscape  where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the allocation and the precision of the risk-adjusted return success is defined by "Asset Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Fund strategies with the clinical precision required for Fundamental Research, Strategic Rebalancing, and Shariah Alignment. This role is designed for a "Portfolio Architect", specifically a professional with 5–8 years of experience and progress toward a CFA who can blend "Analytical Grit" (conducting rigorous research and financial modeling) with the "Strategic Agility" required to work under intense market pressure and report directly to the Chief Investment Officer.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Allocation Governance

• Allocation Sovereignty: Design and implement asset distribution across diverse sectors and instruments with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Placement."

• Research Architecture: Conduct deep fundamental research to identify and execute high-potential opportunities, providing the "Structural Foundation" for alpha generation.

• Integrity Stewardship: Adhere strictly to risk frameworks and ethical/Shariah-aligned criteria, ensuring the "Source of Portfolio Ethics" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Monitoring Logic

• Rebalancing Sovereignty: Monitor portfolios against benchmarks and perform timely adjustments, acting as the primary "Source of Performance Maintenance."

• Opportunity Architecture: Identify high-potential market entry and exit points, providing the "Functional Foundation" for optimal risk-adjusted returns.

• Reporting Stewardship: Present clear performance drivers and strategy updates to the Investment Committee, maintaining the "Source of Executive Transparency."

3. Operational Integrity & Analysis Power

• Analysis Sovereignty: Execute rigorous financial analysis across the full investment lifecycle, acting as the primary "Source of Quantitative Logic."

• Strategy Architecture: Align the alternative investment strategy with long-term organizational goals, providing the "Relational Foundation" for institutional growth.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 5–8 years of portfolio management expertise to accelerate the "Research-to-Execution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Investment Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Experience: 5 – 8 years of progressive experience in portfolio management or investment analysis.

• Certification: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or significant progress toward the CFA designation.

• Technical Power: Strong investment judgment and the ability to perform high-level financial analysis under pressure.
