We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and help customers discover great products through social media.

Your role will involve:

• Engaging with customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Assisting them in finding suitable products.
• Sharing product details and making recommendations.
• Ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• A minimum of an HND.
• 1-3 years of work experience (recent graduates with relevant experience or strong social media skills are welcome).
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• A proactive and helpful attitude.
• Basic computer skills.
