Job Description:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Yaba, Lagos. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations, providing essential administrative support, managing schedules, and keeping our workplace running smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor when welcoming visitors, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Administrative & Front Desk Support: Greet arriving visitors professionally, answer and route incoming phone calls, and manage general office emails and daily correspondence.

  • Office Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels for office supplies, place restock orders as needed, and ensure the office remains clean, organized, and fully functional.

  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately input data into spreadsheets and internal systems. Organize and maintain both physical filing systems and digital document repositories for quick access.

  • Scheduling & Calendar Coordination: Manage calendars for staff and management, coordinate meeting rooms, arrange appointments, and prepare required documents or materials prior to meetings.

  • Internal Communication: Assist in drafting official letters, internal memos, and basic reports, and ensure routine information is distributed effectively to the team.

  • Basic Financial Assistance: Handle basic invoicing and receipts, and assist the finance team with routine expense tracking or billing tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Technical Skills: Strong basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email management, and digital calendar tools.

  • Organization & Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet daily deadlines, and multitask seamlessly.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry, message taking, and document organization.

  • Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain a welcoming environment for clients and partners.

Salary

N50,000 - N70,000 monthly
