Job Description:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage and organize files, records, and documents (both physical and electronic).
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, emails, and packages.
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other documents as required.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support staff with scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Greet visitors and handle inquiries professionally.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment.
- Assist the HR/Admin team with logistics, documentation, and basic recordkeeping.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Must be living within the Ikeja Axis
- Minimum of SSCE with 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor.
