Job Description:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage and organize files, records, and documents (both physical and electronic).
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, emails, and packages.
  • Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support staff with scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Greet visitors and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment.
  • Assist the HR/Admin team with logistics, documentation, and basic recordkeeping.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Must be living within the Ikeja Axis
  • Minimum of SSCE with 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor.
