We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • We are searching for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team and support our daily administrative tasks at HopeAutos.
  • The ideal candidate will be efficient in handling clerical duties, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
  • Maintain office filing systems and organize documents.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Provide administrative support to team members as required.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy and organized.

Requirements:

  • OND / HND / SSCE in any relevant course
  • Proven experience working in an office environment or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
