Job Description:
Verify beneficiary details through phone calls and targeted field visits, updating status in the master register.
Collect and document evidence with consent, including photos, short interviews, contact details, residential information, GPS coordinates, and signed/recorded consent.
Liaise with schools and community focal persons to locate, confirm, and track beneficiaries.
Submit weekly progress reports with a cleaned dataset and a short narrative highlighting issues, actions taken, and next steps.
Identify and flag duplicates or ineligible cases, tracking issues to closure while ensuring compliance with safeguarding principles and NDPR requirements.
Requirements:
- Resident in Enugu State .
- Comfortable with collaborative tools such as Google Sheets and Microsoft 365 (online).
- Solid stakeholder management skills; professional phone/WhatsApp etiquette.
- Field-ready, respectful with schools/communities; Speaking Igbo is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and integrity.
