Job Description:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Organize and coordinate product promotions, campaigns, and activations.
• Monitor stock levels in retail outlets to ensure availability and visibility of products.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights for product improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, point-of-sale (POS) displays, and digital content.
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments like sales, production, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
• Serve as the brand ambassador at trade fairs, exhibitions, and events.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or marketing software.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license may be an added advantage for field marketing roles.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales roles, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
