Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Sales and Marketing Officer to anchor the growth engine of our Lekki-based branding and printing firm. In a specialized creative landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the campaign and the precision of the print collateral success is defined by "Brand Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-end printing services (packaging, brochures, business cards) with the clinical precision required for Lead Generation, Market Analysis, and Digital Presence. This role is designed for a "Market Architect", specifically a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience, who can blend "Creative Grit" (collaborating with designers to produce marketing materials) with the "Analytical Agility" required to track competitor activity and optimize business development strategies.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Visibility Governance

• Campaign Sovereignty: Develop and execute marketing campaigns for branding and printing services with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Market Penetration."

• Content Architecture: Manage social media presence and create high-fidelity engaging content, providing the "Structural Foundation" for digital brand authority.

• Integrity Stewardship: Collaborate with designers to produce premium marketing collateral, ensuring the "Source of Visual Identity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Growth Logic

• Lead Sovereignty: Support lead generation and proactive business development efforts, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Momentum."

• Market Architecture: Analyze trends and competitor activity to inform high-level strategies, providing the "Functional Foundation" for competitive advantage.

• Event Stewardship: Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows and promotional events, maintaining the "Source of Physical Brand Presence."
