Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Marketing Assistant to anchor the growth engine of our Surulere-based team. In a specialized commercial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the narrative and the precision of the lead generation success is defined by "Brand Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize digital engagement with the clinical precision required for Media Planning, Content Creation, and Operational Coordination. This role is designed for a "Narrative Architect", specifically a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (managing social media growth and producing digital assets) with the "Analytical Agility" required to track P&L performance and conduct cost-benefit analyses.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Brand Governance

• Brand Sovereignty: Serve as the primary online brand custodian, ensuring strict adherence to Ignite’s visual identity and character across all platforms.

• Content Architecture: Develop and oversee high-fidelity content calendars, including newsletters, webinars, and podcasts, providing the "Structural Foundation" for brand storytelling.

• Integrity Stewardship: Coordinate with external vendors for marketing collaterals, ensuring the "Source of Quality and Brand Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Digital Logic

• Engagement Sovereignty: Grow the Company’s presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube, acting as the primary "Source of Community Engagement."

• Analytical Architecture: Analyze performance metrics and website traffic, providing the "Functional Foundation" for data-driven campaign optimizations.

• Lead Stewardship: Execute targeted campaigns and SEO strategies to drive sales conversion, maintaining the "Source of Revenue Growth."

3. Operational Integrity & Communication Power

• Communication Sovereignty: Support corporate communications and project documentation, acting as the primary "Source of Internal Messaging Consistency."

• Operational Architecture: Track project timelines and support monthly P&L tracking, providing the "Relational Foundation" for departmental efficiency.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Mass Comm/Marketing expertise to accelerate the "Insight-to-Campaign" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Market Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: BSc / HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or Digital Marketing.

• Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in a marketing or related role.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in Content Creation, SEO, PPC, and Performance Analytics.

• Attributes: Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working under pressure with high professionalism.
