Job Description:
We are seeking high-caliber Account Managers to lead our most significant client relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth. Whether you are a seasoned Major Account Manager handling high-stakes enterprise portfolios or an ambitious Key Account Manager scaling high-potential partnerships, you will be the primary architect of our client success. You will move beyond transactional selling to become a strategic advisor, identifying white-space opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that solve complex business challenges. If you have a proven track record of hitting aggressive targets and the "soft skills" to negotiate at the highest levels, we want you to lead our expansion.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Portfolio Management
Relationship Architecture: Build and sustain deep, multi-level relationships within your assigned accounts, moving from a "vendor" status to a "strategic partner."
Opportunity Mapping: Conduct regular account planning sessions to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring maximum wallet share within each account.
Retention Strategy: Proactively identify "at-risk" accounts and implement recovery strategies to ensure long-term stability and loyalty.
2. Commercial Negotiation & Presentation
High-Stakes Negotiation: Lead complex commercial negotiations, balancing client needs with company profitability to close high-value contracts.
Value-Based Presenting: Deliver sophisticated business reviews and pitch decks that articulate the ROI and long-term value of our solutions to C-suite stakeholders.
Pipeline Governance: Maintain a rigorous sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent delivery against monthly and quarterly targets.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership
Internal Synergy: Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure that the promises made during the sales process are delivered with excellence.
Market Intelligence: Serve as the "voice of the customer" internally, providing feedback on market trends and competitor moves to help shape our product roadmap.
Qualifications and Skills:
Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate client data into actionable business insights.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a polished interpersonal demeanor.
