Job Description:
- Contact delinquent borrowers via phone calls, SMS, emails,
- Remind clients of overdue payments and explain possible consequences of noon payment
- Update loan repayment status in the companys database or loan management system.
- Negotiate and set up repayment plans that align with company policies and the borrower capacity
- Monitor repayment agreements and follow up
- Maintain confidentiatility when handling clirnt information
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly recovery repports and management.
Requirements:
Interested candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE qualification with 0 - 2 years of work experience.
Salary
