Responsibilities:
- Engage customers with outstanding loans and support timely recovery
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
- Work with your team to exceed recovery targets
- Keep accurate records of interactions and recovery progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

What we’re looking for:
- Fresh graduates (NYSC completed)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Confident phone etiquette & professionalism
- Organized, motivated, and goal-driven
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
