Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber and results-driven Corporate Sales Representative to drive our market presence in Ikeja. In the hyper-competitive Telecom and ISP sector, success is defined by "Enterprise Penetration", the ability to identify high-value business opportunities and convert them into long-term strategic partnerships. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect" with at least 1 year of experience in Telecom/ISP sales who can blend "Market Intelligence" with the "Executive Diplomacy" required to engage corporate decision-makers.

Your mission is to ensure "Aggressive Client Acquisition and Sustainable Revenue Growth." You will be the primary engine of our B2B expansion: responsible for mapping the corporate landscape, pitching bespoke connectivity solutions, and driving the commercial success of our ISP portfolio. If you possess "Exceptional Negotiation Skills," a background in Business or Marketing, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you to drive our market dominance.

Requirements:

1. Enterprise Acquisition & Pipeline Engineering

  • Business Opportunity Mapping: Proactively identify and qualify corporate leads within the Ikeja business district and beyond, focusing on high-bandwidth and enterprise solution needs.

  • The "Value Pitch": Conduct persuasive sales presentations to C-suite executives and IT heads, articulating the technical and commercial advantages of our ISP services.

  • Deal Orchestration: Lead the negotiation process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.

2. Relationship Stewardship & Account Management

  • Strategic Networking: Build and maintain high-trust relationships with key corporate stakeholders to ensure recurring revenue and account longevity.

  • Client Advocacy: Act as a bridge between corporate clients and our internal technical teams to ensure our solutions are perfectly aligned with their operational needs.

  • Market Feedback Loop: Gather and report real-time insights on competitor activities and client needs to help refine our product roadmap.

3. Revenue Performance & Reporting

  • Target Dominance: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through aggressive prospecting and closing.

  • Data-Driven Sales: Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage the pipeline, and provide high-fidelity forecasts to management.

  • Collaborative Growth: Work within a team-oriented environment to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of specific experience in a similar B2B role within the Telecom / ISP sector.

  • Age Limit: Not more than 40 years old.

Core Competencies

  • Communication Mastery: Strong verbal and written skills for professional engagement with corporate stakeholders.

  • Analytical Grit: Ability to analyze market data and client requirements to build compelling commercial proposals.
