Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy and persuasive Sales Executive to drive the market expansion of Breet. In the competitive fintech and services landscape, success is defined by "Institutional Penetration", the ability to move beyond individual retail sales and secure high-value partnerships with schools, corporate offices, and professional organizations. This role is designed for a "Growth Catalyst" with 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Field Sales Grit" with the "Sophisticated Communication" required to pitch to decision-makers.
Your mission is to ensure "Aggressive Customer Acquisition and Sustainable Client Loyalty." You will be the primary engine of our B2B growth: responsible for conducting high-impact presentations, onboarding partner organizations, and acting as the face of the Breet value proposition. If you possess "Exceptional Pitching Skills," a background in Fintech or FMCG, and a relentless drive to exceed targets, we want you to drive our market dominance.
Requirements:
1. Institutional Acquisition & Business Development
Pipeline Engineering: Proactively identify and qualify high-potential lead sources, focusing on schools, corporate offices, and professional associations.
The "Power Pitch": Conduct persuasive presentations and sales pitches to groups of working professionals and organizational heads, articulating Breet’s unique value proposition.
Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate the seamless transition of new institutional partners and individual customers into the Breet ecosystem.
2. Relationship Stewardship & Account Management
Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain long-term, high-trust relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations to ensure recurring value.
Client Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is integrated into our service delivery.
Market Intelligence: Gather and report real-time market feedback to the strategy team to help refine our product offerings and competitive edge.
3. Target Achievement & Field Excellence
Quota Dominance: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly customer acquisition and sales targets.
Field Agility: Navigate the "feet-on-the-street" reality of field sales, moving between locations to engage potential customers where they work and study.
Brand Representation: Maintain a professional and confident image that reflects Breet’s status as a trusted service provider.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales experience (Preference for candidates from FMCG, Fintech, or Retail sectors).
Technical Mastery: Ability to use digital sales tools and CRM systems to track progress and manage leads.
Core Competencies
Communication Mastery: Strong verbal and presentation skills; must be able to hold the attention of a room.
Closing Grit: A natural ability to identify buying signals and confidently close deals on the spot.
