Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy and result-driven Sales Personnel to anchor our commercial operations in Ejigbo, Lagos. In the competitive Lagos retail and B2B landscape, success is defined by "Sales Velocity", the ability to identify high-potential leads and convert them into long-term revenue streams through relentless follow-up and persuasive engagement. This role is designed for a "Revenue Catalyst" who can blend "Proactive Prospecting" with the "Relationship Diplomacy" required to build lasting customer loyalty.

Your mission is to ensure "Daily Target Dominance and Market Awareness." You will be the primary face of our brand: responsible for driving product turnover, uncovering new sales opportunities, and providing the ground-level intelligence needed to keep us ahead of market trends. If you possess "Exceptional Persuasion Skills," a solid background in Sales, and a goal-oriented mindset, we want you to drive our market excellence.

Requirements:

1. Revenue Generation & Growth

  • Direct Sales Execution: Proactively promote and sell the company’s product portfolio to meet and exceed ambitious daily and monthly sales targets.

  • Opportunity Engineering: Actively identify new sales channels and follow up on leads with a high sense of urgency to ensure no opportunity is lost.

  • Closing Mastery: Utilize advanced persuasion techniques to overcome objections and secure firm commitments from potential clients.

2. Customer Stewardship & Retention

  • Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain high-trust relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring they see our brand as a primary solution provider.

  • After-Sales Diplomacy: Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business or referrals.

  • Community Engagement: Represent the brand professionally within the Ejigbo axis, fostering a positive local reputation.

3. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Consumer Insights: Gather real-time feedback on customer needs and buying patterns to inform our local product strategy.

  • Trend Surveillance: Monitor competitor activities and market shifts, providing actionable reports to management to help refine sales tactics.

  • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and conversion rates for daily review.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of a B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven track record with strong Sales experience (preferably in a fast-paced retail or distribution environment).

  • Location: Candidates familiar with the Ejigbo / Isolo axis will have a distinct advantage.
