Job Description:

  • We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Officer to manage, maintain, and support the organization’s IT infrastructure.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily IT operations, provide technical support, and implement secure and efficient systems. Experience within a real estate or property management company is highly preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
  • Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve IT-related problems promptly.
  • Install, configure, and update computer systems, applications, and network equipment.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery processes are in place.
  • Manage user accounts, access controls, and IT asset inventory.
  • Support and maintain property management software and other real estate-related digital tools.
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures are implemented and regularly updated to protect company data.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for IT services, repairs, and procurement.
  • Train staff on IT systems, tools, and best practices where necessary.
  • Document IT procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in an IT support or administration role.
  • Prior experience in a real estate company is highly important and will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and cybersecurity practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and basic server management.
  • Experience with property management software (e.g., ERP systems) is a plus.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary

N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
