Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Full Stack Developer to anchor the digital engine of Casalavoro. In a diversified ecosystem spanning hospitality, real estate, and finance success is defined by "Digital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex physical operations with the clinical precision required for Automated Access Control, Real-Time Dashboards, and Secure Financial Integrations. This role is designed for a "Systems Architect" with 2–5 years of experience who can blend "Logic Grit" (building robust APIs and server-side logic) with the "Design Agility" required to translate UI/UX visions into responsive, user-centric interfaces.

Requirements:

1. Operational Orchestration & Automation Governance

• Automation Sovereignty: Design and implement automated systems for check-ins, utilities monitoring, and maintenance requests with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Efficiency."

• Dashboard Architecture: Develop real-time monitoring interfaces for various business units, providing the "Structural Foundation" for data-driven management.

Professional Profile
