Job Description:
We are seeking a vibrant, "smart-selling" Instore Sales Executive to join our retail operations in Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi. This is not just a counter-service role; it is a position for a proactive closer who can navigate both physical floor sales and digital customer inquiries to drive revenue.
You will be the bridge between our premium vendors and our discerning clientele. Your mission is to maintain flawless store aesthetics, manage stock movements with precision, and ensure every customer—whether they walk in or message online—receives a "gold-standard" experience. Requirements:
1. Omnichannel Sales & Conversion
Active Selling: Drive revenue by identifying customer needs and encouraging purchases both in-store and through online engagement.
Closing Mastery: Transition inquiries into completed transactions using excellent product knowledge and persuasive communication.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture high-value relationships with customers to ensure repeat patronage and brand loyalty.
2. Vendor & Inventory Governance
Stock Stewardship: Manage the inflow and outflow of vendor products, ensuring all items are accounted for and displayed according to brand standards.
Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, managing their inventory levels and reporting on stock movement.
Store Integrity: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting boutique environment that reflects a premium retail standard.
3. Operational Discipline
Policy Adherence: Strictly follow company protocols regarding sales reporting, shift timing, and customer data handling.
Proactive Reporting: Keep management informed of customer feedback, trending products, and inventory shortages.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Prior experience in Retail, Boutique Sales, or Customer Service is a significant advantage.
Location: Must reside around the Obalende / Lagos Island / Ikoyi axis for ease of commute and punctuality.
Schedule: Ability to work a full-time schedule from Monday to Saturday.
