We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking to hire a proactive and resourceful Client Relationship & Sales Officer. The ideal candidate will ensureclients receive exceptional service while driving sales growth.
• This role requires building and managing strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and achieving measurable sales results in the wellness industry.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all calls, emails, and messages across all communication channels.
• Identify and assess client needs to deliver excellent service and satisfaction.
• Actively follow up on sales while identifying new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients through consistent and engaging communication.
• Present, promote, and sell services to existing and prospective clients.
• Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
• Handle client concerns and complaints, provide timely solutions, and ensure follow-up to resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Business, or a relevant field.
• 1–2years of proven experience in sales, client service, or relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated sales drive with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Client-focused and result-oriented mindset.
• Genuine interest in the wellness industry.
