Job Description:
We are seeking a smart, fast, and conversion-focused Instagram DM Customer Service Executive to join our digital growth team. This role is designed for a social-savvy professional who understands that every DM, comment, and story interaction is an opportunity to drive revenue. You will be responsible for managing the high-volume traffic generated by our Instagram ads and organic content, nurturing leads with expert product knowledge, and converting conversations into sales while maintaining the premium, trustworthy voice of RLG Cosmetics.
The ideal candidate understands social selling psychology knowing exactly how to reassure a nervous first-time buyer and how to close a sale with confidence and professional ease.
Requirements:
Social Selling & Conversion
DM & Comment Management: Respond promptly to all Instagram DMs, conversion-critical comments, and story enquiries to maintain lead momentum.
Lead Nurturing: Convert inbound ad leads and organic traffic into paid orders daily through persuasive, high-value interactions.
Consultative Closing: Build immediate trust with customers, particularly those concerned about skin sensitivities (breakouts) or shade selection, providing expert reassurance and guidance.
Strategic Follow-Up: Maintain a consistent and organized follow-up schedule with warm leads until the purchase is finalized.
Brand Communication & Operations
Educational Outreach: Educate potential buyers on the RLG Cosmetics product line using approved brand messaging and technical information.
Channel Navigation: Confidently handle objections and redirect customers to our website, checkout pages, or WhatsApp as required by the customer journey.
Quality Control: Maintain impeccable standards of tone, spacing, grammar, and professional "neatness" in every digital interaction.
Reputation Management: Escalate complex issues appropriately while ensuring the brand's premium image remains protected.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
Proven experience in Instagram selling or social commerce.
Strong understanding of social selling psychology—knowing when to push for a sale and when to provide more education.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional written English with a focus on neat typing and professional digital etiquette.
Ability to be persuasive and confident without sounding "desperate" or over-explaining.
