We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Serve as the primary contact for customers on all import-related inquiries.
- Provide real-time shipment updates and follow up with operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate documentation processes, including clearing requirements and compliance checks.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure prompt communication across all channels.
- Monitor cargo status and proactively inform clients of delays or changes.
- Support the customer service team in building strong client relationships and maintaining service quality.
Requirements:
Salary
