Job Description:
- Drive company culture, engagement, and staff wellbeing
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and orientation
- Monitor performance, OKRs, and adherence to executive rules
- Organise staff bonding, reviews, and internal communications
- Act as a trusted partner for staff conflict resolution
- Maintain HR records and ensure labour law compliance
Requirements:
- 1–3 years HR experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathetic, organised, and systems-oriented
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labour regulations
Salary
