Job Description:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning.
- Manage performance management and employee relations.
- Oversee compensation/benefits, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Lead learning & development initiatives and succession planning.
- Provide HR reporting, analytics, and documentation accuracy.
- Support leadership in driving culture and employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in HR strategy implementation and change management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS and HR reporting systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 - 5 years in a managerial role.
- Professional HR certifications required, such as CIPM, SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR, or other equivalent senior-level HR certifications.
