Job Description:
- Implement and manage HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-performing employees.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Design and deliver effective training and development programs.
- Administer compensation and benefits in line with market standards.
- Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR and administrative team.
- Support organizational development and foster a positive work culture.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive organizational growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree and/or HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years proven experience in HR management, preferably in a structured or manufacturing environment.
Salary
