Job Description:
- Developing and updating job descriptions and specifications for all positions across the organization;
- Designing and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support employee performance management and organizational goals;
- Coordinating the Performance Appraisal process, providing feedback, and supporting performance improvement initiatives;
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, shortlisting, interviews etc.;
- Facilitating new employee orientation and on-boarding programs to ensure seamless integration and engagement;
- Maintaining employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in compliance with statutory and company policies;
- Driving employee engagement, learning, and development programs to promote a positive work culture;
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and organizational standards, while supporting management in decision-making on HR-related issues.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Human Resources Mgmt., or related field;
- Five years of progressive HR Experience;
- Certified or On-going Certification for CIPM, SHRM, or its equivalent;
- Proven experience in employee engagement, talent management, performance management, and HR policy development;
- Broad understanding of Nigerian Labour laws and HR best practices;
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.
